I sent the following message with my initial order.
"I was after a custom cover; however, the year, brand and model of my quadbike (a CFMOTO) is not listed in your mandatory dropdown lists. You can't 'add to cart' until you get through this barrier (so please read my additional clarification message and attached design with the order)."
The two-way design liaison (about three design iterations/clarifications) was great. There were some delays with delivery; however, the finished product is durable, heavy duty and meets the intended purpose.

Website was easy to use and give measurements. Customer information and photo upload were very handy to give instructions on precise measurements required. Only downside was the designer/designers communication with each other. Received multiple designs from different designers for measurements I gave to in order to confirm before order was processed. Other than that very happy with the price, the quality and finished product.
