I cannot tell much about it... today (7/01/2021), I'm still waiting for the delivery. I selected the most expensive option to be delivered on the 4th of January. They promised me that my order was going to be delivered on time but it didn't. Anyway, we'll see what happen...
Have been trying to get replacement covers for outdoor furniture for ages but could only find stretch covers which weren't what I wanted. Covers & All not only supplied made to measure covers in quality material at a very competitive price, they also had them delivered to rural Tasmania over the Christmas/New year period only one day over the estimated date - will definitely recommend this company to friends & family

There are clearly some challenges in the COVID-19 environment in which we operate but the process from the time the order was placed to when the goods were despatched in our view was too slow. We received too many irrelevant order updates during the process, and please be honest with the consumer and don't try and create the impression that the goods are produced in Australia. The product received was well made and very happy with the quality.

I came across Covers & All on a web search whilst looking for a cover for an outdoor gas heater. That cover came off the shelf and was purchased from within a fairly standard range of heater covers. Then came the challenge - a corner BBQ from the Ziegler and Brown range from BBQ's Galore. These are great BBQ's but have a number of quirks in their design - the hood runs right to the edges, there are cut off diagonal corners rather than the usual 'L' shape, and a few other things. I made a note on my original order, and adjusted the measurements to fit the standard shape. Next minute, there's an email with the correct shape attached looking for new measurements. A few more emails and a couple of additional design adjustments and I was able to approve the design. When it arrived, it fitted perfectly. The seams are neat and strong. There are pull straps at the bottom edges so that the cover can be sealed against weather and wind. The colour is good, and it was at about 1/3 the price of same cover from the Z and B. Very Very happy!

We were very happy with the quick turn around of ordering and receiving our cover, even with covid a very good experience. Our cover looks great on our new lounge.
We are very pleased with the final product but it took a while to get there... including an email asking for further information that we had already included and several attempts to contact by phone which always resulted in a disconnection after waiting in queue for in excess of 20mins.

I bought quality water-resistant covers for the table and chairs for outdoor use. The fabric retained its properties even after a year of use. I am very pleased with the quality of both the fabric and the seams. The order was completed on time and strictly according to my specification. Fully recommended!
