The covers arrived a week late but was not an issue as they were not urgent. It would have been useful to have signed a permission to drop off slip ahead so they didn't have to make two trips. The covers themselves are good - the zips are sturdy and the material is thick and looks great. One issue is that there are some unfinished seams (raw edges) which I would have preferred to have been finished. But my main concern is the warning on the back of the label that says that exposure to the material could cause cancer! Why was this not made clear to me BEFORE I purchased the covers? That is bizarre business practice.

This is the third product we have purchased from Covers and All - obviously very happy with the first purchase as we keep coming back. So far have made to measure barbeque cover with our own logo, PVC awning (which fitted perfectly despite our weird dimensions) and now our balcony kitchen is complete with our deep fryer happily covered as well. Ordered these covers over three months ago and they have finally arrived. The quality is excellent and was exactly as I ordered. There were numerous issues with the order and confirmations on the size and design that indicated a desire to get the order right in the first instance. A quality issue on their part further delayed the order however to their credit, they notified me accordingly. Notwithstanding the delays and frustrations, I would highly recommend Covers and All as the quality is first class. I would definitively use them again. If the delays had not occurred, i would have given them five stars...

I ordered new covers for my outdoor lounge before I read the reviews. I was worried after reading them but I received my covers about a week after they were supposed to arrive and they fit perfectly and are exactly what I ordered I'm very happy with the purchase.

Easy to deal with, constant assurance and double checking measurements and designs correct before sign off. Slight delay in delivery but not really an issue. The covers are generous in size which is fine as we were aware some additional allowances would be included, next order we will like reduce our dimensions by a CM or so.
We ordered a cover for our outdoor racking system. There was no off the shelf options and the other quotes we got were a little heart-stopping. We came across Covers & All and did the on-line quote. A significant difference in price, to such an extent that I was a little worried about the quality and fit. We decided to give it a go anyway as if it didn't fit it wasn't such a big expense. We have just received the over and put it on the rack. Highly impressed. Fits nicely, with some extra features such as the flap tie back that we were not expecting. Very happy and looking a getting a second one for the other rack as well.
