Xmas Tree Bag

Very disappointed
The bag is way too heavy.
I had expected a lighter weight bag, not one that weighs more than the tree,
It is totally unmanageable.

I did not get what I asked for

I asked for a round plastic cover without Eyelets and received a round plastic cover with w 1" rim and eyelets absolutely useless for the required purpose
To be used as a table protector for an inside dining table
My order specifically asked for no Eyelets. The only thing that did happen was it arrived on the 8th of April

A tad too small!

Covers ordering process went fine, and delivery went OK, but I had called up especially, the day after I'd put in my order for a daybed cover, because I was worried about the need for more room in the cover.

I wish I had been more insistent! My concerns were borne out, when we tried to fit the cover and it needs two people to try to stretch it over the frame. It barely fits.

If I had persisted and been more insistent, I'd have a cover that perfectly suits my needs, sadly, because I took the word of the staff member then, now I do not!

I ordered from this company as it advertises as an American company and gives an address in Lawrenceville, Georgia USA. The fact you had to provide measurements in inches reinforced this. Only after I ordered did I think to check for reviews and it became obvious the product was not coming from USA. Once dispatched (very quickly, less than a week) it was obvious the product had been sent from China - so presumably made there. I was furious. I try at all costs to avoid buying from China for many reasons, the main ones being general poor quality, their use of child labour in sweat shops, their human rights record and their dwindling relationship with Australia.

However, I must say that when the covers arrived the quality was quite good. The label says Made in India and as others have stated, explains fabric is not fireproof and contains some alarming chemicals. However, they were well made with lovely large zippers that made it easier to get on and off the furniture. As others before me have said, they make them about an inch too large. Cause of this I had to buy some 25mm foam from Clark Rubber to make them fit, adding $80 to my costs. However, at the price they charge, and with the free postage and 20% off first order offer, there was nothing else out there that compared for the price. From order to delivery was less than 3 weeks, which is good considering current world problems which are affecting airlines. I would - and have - recommended the product to friends. Just wish the website was more upfront about the origin of the company and its products so that buyer is able to make an informed decision on whether or not to buy.

Fountain Cover

Needed a custom cover for a fountain. Trying to find somewhere that did a mesh cover that fit was difficult. Was able to use the sandpit cover and it did the job perfectly. Really happy with the way it came out. Fit was perfect and it looks really great. I thought it might be a temporary thing in the autumn to protect from the leaves, but it looks so good I think I can leave it on most of the year.

Crazy amount of plastic packaging

We received our order yesterday and I was shocked and saddened to see the amount of plastic wrapped around the product. We also received another separate item which we didn't order but have no idea what it is? We sent an email to Covers & All but we are yet to receive a reply.

We try to package each product as securely as possible. The shrink wrapping protects the cover from damage in transit. Nevertheless, we value your opinion and have shared your feedback with our packaging team.

Regrettably, we are unable to locate any email from your registered email address. The other product you have received may have a white taffeta label sewn on the back / inside (with a code like CAU280011 printed on it). Cushion cover

I would have liked to know upfront that the making of the cushion would be contracted to Gujarat in India.
Delivery by FedEx was awful! They did not leave the parcel when my wife didn't answer the bell, nor did they leave a note as to what was happening with it. I had to call FedEx and they did not return my call, as promised, to tell me where it was. I only found it by tracking on the internet - at a newsagent 5km away! Terrible service.

I was to receive my order delivered on the 15th March. I received the delivery and the product materials were not what I was expecting. I take responsibility for this but believe the online system lead to some ambiguity around the design I required. I will not be able to use what was delivered and therefore is a waste of my time and money.

More importantly, the main portion of the order was not delivered and yet on the system is indicates that it was delivered. This is very concerning and leaves me with an overall sense that I wish I had not engaged in this supplier.

The delivery date on your order is 17 March, and it was shipped in two separate packages. Due to transit delay outside our area of control, the second package was delivered on 22 March at 12:51. We trust the Square Cushion Covers are to your satisfaction.

With regard to your other concern, the product you have ordered is Custom Cylinder Cover. The primary difference between our covers and cushion covers is that our regular covers are built for storage and to offer weather protection. These are not fully enclosed (open at the bottom) whereas the cushion covers are fully enlcosed and equipped with a zipper. Since the purpose of each product is different, the material is different too. We have worked hard to make the order process as transparent as possible, and towards that objective each product page clearly describes the material.

From your email dated 22 March we understand that you wanted cylinder cushion covers. This product has a separate page - https://www.coversandall.com.au/cylinder-cushion-cover.html - and is also offered as a selection on the Square Cushion Cover page (the product you did order).
