Product is good and arrived quicker than expected however I was annoyed that I didn't get the free postage on my first order as what was advertised even after putting the code in I still got charged for postage. I sent a comment about this at the time of purchase and never got a reply about it. Also the amount of advertising emails I have been receiving has been very excessive and over the top.
I emailed hours after ordering with a small change. I never heard back, and the change wasn't made. For the cost, I'd expect better customer service.
A thorough review of information provided to make manufacture the cover. This resulted in requests for additional information which resulted in the cover fitting very well.
