Easy process to use, thankyou for the first purchase and December discounts, it really helped me out a lot. Delivery was fast and the product has been great to use and put on. Only wishing I had allowed an extra cm or so as it was quite a tight fit and worried it wouldn't go on, but as it's been sat on it's fit quite well. Thanks.

Upon checking the order details, we have fabricated the cover same as per the provided order dimensions and approved the working drawing. As per the standard and mentioned over the website, we do provide 1 to 2" leeway on the given width/depth dimensions for easy pull-in, pull-out. As per your concern regards to the creases, due to the nature of the product, creasing is unavoidable, and because each order is custom made there are no standardized folds. To minimize the wrinkles you can use a hot air blower over them. Meanwhile, we will certainly look into adding instructions on the product pages.
