Delivery time, packaging great but when I opened it the size was incorrect. You gave an example of how to measure, with pretend measurements. When I ordered, the computer must have gone back to the 15cm example (diameter) with other measurements OK. Needless to say it won't fit on my spare tyre.

I purchased 2 x outdoor lounge covers using the website to enter dimensions and select colours etc. very impressed with how easy the process was and how quickly they were made. They are definitely not cheap, but the quality is excellent and so is the fit.
Good website, like the tips for measuring the furniture, however, did have a few issues ironing out the requirements. Covers and All did a good job of following up to make sure they had all the measurements they required to make our cover to fit correctly. Quite expensive but great quality. Very happy with the result.

Our table cover reached us in Australia on time and fitted perfectly. We love it.
The items were made and send quickly however the products were not perfect. We had very unusual shapes to replace and while we felt our measurements were correct the drawing of the rectangle had a different diagonal to our. We assumed we had measured wrong and that a computer generated image would be correct. It seems perhaps this was not 100% correct. We also had to install one upside down. Perhaps when orders are not straight forward more information could be requested from the customer.

If all other dimensions are correct then the diagonal part comes automatically. If we change that diagonal part then the other dimensions will affect accordingly.
