Very easy to order, good customer service follow up

Easy to desk with and order - this has made our outdoor area weatherproof

So far, so good. I'm amazed at the speedy delivery of a custom made shade sail, and the quality seems to be good for the price.

Easy instructions for ordering and could not find right size in store covers, ordered and delivered in very speedy time.

Easy to use ordering system. Have paid for express shipping, so will see if it makes by time advised as we are in a regional location - confirming item arrived 1 day early.

I am disappointed in the defect in the product and do not know how it can be rectified given the product is so large and heavy and I was waiting anxiously to receive it because of the unreliable weather in Melbourne, hence urgently needing the cover.

So far the process has been simple enough up to the payment method where I opted for PayPal and yet could not be directed to their website.

The cover is good quality but a little big for my smoker. I was hoping for a snugger fit. Nonetheless it will serve the purpose.

I placed an order on line with all the correct measurements then waited 2 weeks wasn't quite sure what would arrive but hoped for the Best, Well I couldn't be More Impressed with what arrived the cover's are made well, Fit perfectly and I couldn't be happier, When ordering on line you never really know what your going to get but I couldn't be any happier.
