This was never made clear to us, so when our zipper broke 1.5years later (after minimal use, we reached out to be told no warranty. They did however offer to replace entire cover for a good price. A lot of back and forth on emails but we got there in the end. Thank you

Took months of back and forth on measurements and lack of understanding/english of the changes needed. Cancelled my order without my approval and had to start all over. Quoted that I didn't respond fast enough. The order should be on my time, not theirs as sometimes you can't reply back the next day. The constant chasers aren't necessary when you don't reply the next day! Also they state my phone nunber was wrong which was why they cancelled. Tmwas not right as we had spoken on phone q twice. Not turely Custom at all as had to make compromises due to their system. Final product fits oven but is a much thinner and cheaper material than expected given price. I cant see it lasting very long.

My initial measurements to order it weren't that accurate. When they sent back drawings for me to confirm, it gave me the opportunity to correct it and send them BBQ specs so they could check. We went back and forth a couple of times. They picked up stuff (from the photos I sent) like where the gas hole needed to be in the back to make sure it was accurate. They were very thorough. The process was easy and the end result is great. Ver happy and would highly recommend.

Went on to their Australian Website who had=s their address as silverwater nsw, a week after placing my order I got a shipping notification from Fedex in India? My address is a PO Box so Fedex cannot deliver there, it should have been Australian, called their customer service number and it was a call center in India who had no understanding on how the postal service works and they could not help me and suggested I call fedex? What a scam, pretending you are an australian website when in fact your shipping from india, shame on you

After a false start due to a technical glitch in the ordering section of the website, I was very happy with the process the designers went through to ensure the product was exactly fit for purpose. I was concerned about the colour choice, as it is always hard to pick colour from a screen, but the chair cushions, both seat and back, have come out perfectly. I couldn't be happier and would not hesitate to order again.

I recently received my cushions. Four square cushions and two wedges. All up the price was around $650. When I received them I first noticed that all the edges inside are raw, even along the inside of the zipper. Some parts are already starting to shred the fabric. I would have expected at least overlocked finishes.
Secondly the fabric seems to be quite thin. I paid for the more expensive fabric so expected a more robust fabric.
Thirdly, in a couple of the corners it hasn't been stitched right to the corner so there is a small hole. This will be a weak point. The sizes on the wedge is also wrong on one, its too big.
Overall, im pretty disappointed in the quality of the cushions as they were not cheap. I expected a much better quality product so I probably would not buy again.

When my BBQ cover did arrive, after a month, it was too small - my fault. But the process that followed to get the right fit was confusing and painful. Talking to people in India, in another time zone, was difficult. The revised price quoted was around 8 times the original price! Yeah, no. Very disappointing.
