U've downgraded my review because after "Covers & All" showed initial interest in resolving my issue by asking for photos & a video, I now feel as though I am being ghosted as I have had no further followup for 48 hours. Initial review: Good quality but size/dimensions are incorrect & the Tarpaulin can't be used. I have raised the issue with "Covers & All" - waiting to see what they will do to correct the situation. (& so far zero followup to offer a resolution to my issue). At this point in time, "if" you need a cover to actually be sized to the dimensions advertised, you may well be disappointed, so think twice about this brand and/or seek a guarantee from them that it will be sized as advertised.

Such an easy process from start to finish. We could find a cover for our newly purchased ethanol fire bowl so when I saw the option on the Covers & All website we didn't hesitate. Very clear directions on how to measure. Great colour options. Once ordered it arrived quickly within 10 days which is great given it was a custom order. It fits perfectly and the colour nearly matches our other covers (that came with the furniture). Thanks Covers & All.

Was asked to pay over double the price of what it originally came to. After confirming the measurements several times, it finally arrived to be completely wrong. So I had to wait another month for the second one to arrive and luckily this one fit. Couldn't talk to an Australian, it's all based in India. Wouldn't use again
