Good quality covers, received very quickly. Company were swift to respond when I thought I had a problem, however, this was resolved with helpful, quick assistance from the team.

Highly recommend buying these, made to measure, fit perfectly, can now sit outside even when weather isn't great, lovely, warm and dry. Even good in windy weather as weighted down. Well worth the money.

Easy to order custom size. Good quality product. Super quick delivery. This is the fourth one we have bought over the years and the original is still in excellent condition even though it has been used outdoors most of that time.

Items I purchased were top quality, having initially submitted measurements they doubled check with you. Good job they did, I misread one of my sizes, had to increase the width by a few inches at no extra cost. Don't waste time browsing other companies, go straight to Covers&all. Good product fitted well, looks to be good material lets see what the weather can throw at it and how it will last hopefully ok but i do have a warranty which is good

Finding weatherproof covers to fit items of various sizes can be difficult. After stumbling across the Covers & all site during a google search, the rest was straight forward. The guide to adding measurements was simple and the check boxes for style and design thereafter were easy to follow. The final product is great - fits well, looks good. Time will tell how weatherproof it is.

Having a cover like this that fits the table perfectly, and can be removed and put back on in moments is so much better than the cumbersome cover we have for the winter. I measured the table exactly, and I probably ought to have allowed a little bit of 'give', but it's absolutely fine…. Fits like a glove. I was worried the corners would fail being so tight, but so far so good! Only issue is that it came from India… not my most environmentally friendly purchase unfortunately.

We have a garden seat made from a whisky cask, there are lots of distilleries around where we live. It needed a waterproof cover so it can stay outside on the veranda over winter. Ordering was easy, and the product is robust with covered vents to deal with moisture build up inside the cover from condensation. A good product well thought out.

Ordered a bespoke heavy canvas sheet to specific dimensions, which was delivered on spec and is doing the job I need of it. Heavier duty than I was expecting, pleased with it.

When buying made to measure items, "taking measurements" is often the recipe for disaster. This company go out of their way to ensure a correct fit -- very pleased with their help, guidance and service. This is the second product we have purchased, the first being a canopy last year. Again, excellent service.

My entire experience with this company has been very frustrating. I ordered cushion covers and sent measurements. Was then contacted several times asking about the sizes. I FINALLY received the cushion covers and they were too small. Trying to complain and ask for my money back has been another tribulation (still not resolved).

I wanted a cover for an Archery target. I used the "rectangular table" to create a Custom fitted cover and provide the exact dimensions - having read the guidance provided, saying that the cover would be made slightly oversized. The website is very easy to use. Communication after the order was placed was excellent. Turnaround to Delivery was very quick. The cover is excellent, perfect fit and - with the drawstring - is secure in high winds. Based upon my experience, I have no hesitation in strongly recommend Covers&All. Thank you.

Initially, UPS could not deliver to my address although the address was on the package but not in a very legible form. However, after contacting Covers & All the problem was resolved and UPS eventually delivered the cover without further incident. The cover fitted perfectly on our table and the material feels sturdy and well made which is desirable for our windy location. I am very pleased with the product and service.

Strong materials and perfect panels to give extra protection to our gazebo and make it a cosy space in bad weather, love the clear panels option. My greenhouse has missing glass panels and rather than mess around fitting new glass or plastic. I asked Covers & All to make a bespoke plastic to cover the main area. The quality of material and hooks made it easy to install and have a water proof functioning greenhouse in minutes!

We ordered a made to measure tyre cover, but it was made with the elastic too small and therefore too tight to fit the cover over the wheel. So, the cover is of no use at all to us. I contacted customer services, who told us to take a video to show it was too small and that we were fitting it correctly (how insulting!). I am still waiting for them to sort it out. If only I'd read the reviews on Trustpilot first - I would never have paid the £64!

As with my 1st order all went well till delivery, they gave a date and both times turned up unannounced 4days early with no notification, driver said I should have had email but I didn't. Won't stop me using them again the product was perfect in both cases, so now peace of mind for winter

One chain was missing and I feel that this should have been replaced straight away, instead I was asked to privide a video of packaging etc which will not show something that wasnt there. Also no instructions were included

I am genuinely disappointed to have to write a negative review for Covers n All. I have previously purchased two very straightforward covers for a barbecue and a table, which arrived in good time and to a very straightforward specification. In other words is a very difficult to get that wrong - and they didn't. Since then I have made an order For two garden seating areas and an egg chair. Despite this being purchased 3 months ago, I am still waiting for the cover for the egg chair with no sign of this arriving - nor do they seem to care. In terms of the seating area, there has been over six weeks worth of back-and-forth on the measurements for this. And they are still got it badly wrong. There has been mishandling of funds and credits and so much back-and-forth that I should almost be salaried for the total up the number of hours I have spoken to them. No one cares that I've spent thousands with them as a previous customer. They profusely apologise over and over again about not much really - and with no real action or nobody to take a hold of the situation and sort it out - zero leadership in an Indian call centre. Overall the material for the cover is good, but customer experience and customer service is terrible. As a consequence, I will not be using this company again and They have lost an advocate for sure. Meanwhile, I will wait for my egg cover to arrive, it doesn't matter that I have called them six times in the last two weeks to ask why hasn't arrived yet. I have no faith it will get here for the winter. Be warned.

I have used CoversandAll 2 or 3 times this year but this was the first time of ordering a custom made cover for my garden chair. They double checked with me my measurements before proceeding with my order. They are great in keeping you informed at every stage. Thanks to all concerned!

Easily to put up and looks contemporary and elegant on our gazebo. It protects our furniture and also allows us to use the gazebo in all weathers. We asked for custom order with no grommets at the bottom and that was simple and easy to do. Brilliant company thank you

Covers arrived in good time and I'm really pleased with the quality and fit. I had originally measured my chairs incorrectly, but covers & all picked this up, queried it and corrected it and everything is perfect.

When we originally ordered this bbq cover we opted for a simple design. We were contacted by the company to provide further measurements, which we did. We were contacted a few more times after for either more measurements or confirmation of design. I will say, do persist with this as what we received was perfect and I would definitely recommend the Covers & All.

Excellent product and speedy delivery. However I would suggest that there are also central top and side holes/rings depending on the size of product ordered. This would have made the fit more taut.

Easy service. Make sure you read the guidance on sizing as the cover was made as per guidance with a tolerance. Happy Covers & All checked sizing wirh me before manufacture, shows they want to get their product right for the customer 👍

The cushions I bought exceeded my expectations. Customer service wasn't great when I had questions, probably due to a language barrier. But the products were great. Also shipping was quick, just don't ask too many questions. Thank you.

Really well made and fits perfectly. Couldn't have found a better cover for my expensive furniture which I wanted to protect well. Loving the handles and the ties at the feet. My only issue is I don't understand why there are pockets that are upside down at each end? Delivery was fast considering these are bespoke covers.

We knew the manufacturing process can add to each dimension but not the height. For us, only one dimension was added to by 30mm which has made our cover baggy in one direction. There were tracking emails provided by UPS until our parcel left India, then there was no tracking at all. Hence we missed 2 attempted deliveries.

I needed a cover made for my Lucy bench from dunelm. So glad I chose this company the ordering is super easy and allows you to custom fit by measuring yourself. Gives you updates throughout the process and tells you when your item is manufactured and posted couldn't be better. Due to a house sale falling through our garage is being used for storage so we will need a cover for my sports car will be ordering one soon.

I contacted Covers and All about the issue with the oversized sail, mentioning the misleading information on the website, but all I got back was "It's not our fault ". I contacted them again noting my disappointment and their lack of accountability for the misleading information, the reply then was to reorder and they would give a 25% discount, which was actually available to anyone. I advise them of the somewhat empty offer, to which they said they would give an extra £35 of store credit. I cannot bring myself to spend more money with a company that cannot accept accountability for their misleading information.

Fabrics don't make sense. What's listed as their best fabric in one place on their site is the same name as the 2nd best fabric when you order. So which one do you get? Who knows? Customer service line doesn't have a clue. Requested a swatch to try and help but that doesn't help at all as again the names don't correspond. As they don't seem to be clear on what fabric you get I ordered from elsewhere. Good luck if you decide to order from here.

Quite a long wait for the cover to be delivered. I didn't realise that it was coming from India otherwise I would not have ordered it. It looks smart and the elastic pulls help keep the cover from moving out of position. Only used for a couple of days and it does not appear to keep the table totally dry, not optimistic that it will be fit for use.

I recently purchased a cover for my 55-inch outdoor television from Covers&All and was very pleased with the experience. The product quality is excellent and feels durable, and their customer service was outstanding throughout the process. The only small improvement I would suggest is including fitting instructions with the product when dispatched.

I erroneously submitted the wrong dimension for my parasol covers and telephone customer services as soon as I realized. The product had already gone off for production, but the sales. Manager was able to contact the factory and make sure they had the right dimensions. Brilliant. I was so relieved👍. Thank you

I have covered all my BBQ, equipment with cover all covers. In the beginning there were size differences between us, yet, their diligence and professional carried the covers thru, everything is now covered and protected from the elements.

Good quality covers, have so far repelled heavy rain and not blown off in very windy weather. My chairs are Outsunny rockers but the Adirondack covers fit perfect, very happy with them.
