Please note that we use two types of grommets - small and large. The smaller ones are used for covers while the larger ones are applied to tarps and curtains.
Made to measure service at a very competitive price. Detailed drawings and confirmation of dimensions prior to manufacture was good along with custom options was excellent.
I specifically ordered with the company as it advertised delivery before Christmas. I didn't receive all of my order until the end of January. The products are as described and well packaged and I was refunded my delivery costs though so some positives.

Hello Robert. Your order was placed on 17 January with Free Shipping for delivery by 11 February. Per the UPS tracking page it was delivered on 11 February. We also offer faster turnaround options - Standard Ground, Express, Priority. You can choose the desired option based on the cost and delivery date displayed next to each method.
Additionally, there is no record of an email from your registered email address. Over the chat conversation on 6 February our associate did advise you that your package was in transit and we would try to expedite delivery.
