Easy site and clear instructions on how to measure

No problem in ordering straight forward and made well

I received my order costing over £160 in July, by August there were marks all over from the rain despite being an outdoor cover described as high durability. I contacted the company who refused to give me a refund or replacement despite the product failing to meet the requirements of the consumers rights act. Do not use. Very expensive, poor quality.

Was impressed with attention to detail on measurement guide. Number of choices of colours and fabric were very good.

Clear guidelines given. No problems with delivery.

Very good way of ordering covers for garden equipment

The website was extremely user friendly whilst the instructions for both measuring and ordering the cover couldnt have been any easier. Prior to finalising the order, the company issued an email reconfirming the cover size to enable lastinute alterations and confirmation of the overall size.
The covet cost was significantly lower than its competitors.

We are very disappointed to still not have received this product so can it comment on it. We have not been kept informed by company and there was no indication on ordering that there would be a wait.

My initial order unfortunately was totally wrong. I then had trouble with emails and phone calls but after a lengthy period and sending diagrams I have finally received product. I can't fault it. It is strong and well made.

Very easy to use web site once the right product area had been found. Music covers.
