I have bought 2 customised tarps from this site. Make sure you get a mock up of your request and provide a drawing before the product goes into production. I had a bit of a miss communication with mine but over all the products and service is very good.

Covers both leaking water inside - have reached out to customer services for both items and await their final response. Initially they weren't willing to accept any responsibility. I ordered a cover for a Weber grill being advertised for a weber grill by them. It didn't fit and their response was to blame me for not giving correct measurements... I didn't need to give them measurements as the cover was listed as being for that grill. They also sign off emails with bogus fake names... had a follow up call from an Indian customer service agent so suspect they simply don't use their real names in order to sound more western.

The product that came was well constructed and is water repellent, they wanted confirmation on the sizes prior to production which I did. Overall very satisfied with the cover at a good price.
