The website is easy to navigate and input the dimensions for a custom cover. Confirmation of order and dispatch and tracking we're all first class. On arrival the product was well packed and excellent quality, fitting the product for which it was ordered perfectly. I would highly recommend this company for anyone wanting a cover making to fit to the exact size required.

If you're thinking about replacing your cushion covers, do it! I'm so happy with my new covers. My old covers were originals & had been sliced by my dog's claws over the years. The new covers are an absolute breeze to put on (the old ones required the strength of Ironman combined with the flexibility of a contortionist & the offer of a sacrifice!) & look great with my black rattan furniture. Really wish I'd done this sooner.

Easy to use, cover is of good quality. No issues and plan to purchase covers for the rest of the garden furniture.

It is quite a novel way to by a table cover but it worked. I sent off all the requested measurements, was asked to clarify one of the numbers and it arrived within about a week all the way from India. The quality is good and it is a perfect fit. We wait and see how durable it is in the British weather.

This is the second cover I have ordered in the past 2 months. The products themselves seem good - quickly and accurately made, seem like good quality. However, on both occasions, the experience was spoiled by the delivery. In the first case it took weeks to come through after arriving in the UK. In the second case delivery was attempted with no prior notice and the FedEx website to allow rescheduling simply does not work which resulted in a 2 hour trip to collect the item from the nearest depot.

Web site / Ordering process & order form was so easy to understand. Once ordered I was kept fully informed of the delivery process. Proposed delivery was much sooner than anticipated, which was very pleasing considering the delivery was from India. The covers that I ordered arrived undamaged, well packed for transportation so arrived in perfect condition. All covers matched exactly what I ordered i. E. stile/perfect size and now look great when on display. Would certainly order from this company again.

When I originally ordered my covers the site would not accept my credit cards which I use at other times with no problems. I was cajoled into using PayPal which I'd not used before and was very unsettled by this as one hears of so many scams going on these days. Then when I checked a couple of days later the order had not gone through, on reordering the cost had risen. I was not at all happy about the whole process but I've got to say the product is very good quality.

Replacement covers for my outside furniture were easy to order- delivered faster than expected AND actually better quality than I expected - very happy!
