Have tried twice to place an order by phone as I wanted to ask a couple of questions, first time I got cut off in mid sentence the 2nd attempt the young lady could not answer my simple question!, which was has the table top cover have an elasticated band base as to hold in place over the table I then got cut off again, I think that this is a call centre in India? But have now given up as not a good start also not sure if I would receive what I wanted very disappointed.

As my pizza oven like most is a particular shape I was relying on the drawstrings to pull in around the bottom. However the strings only extended about 8" either side of only 2 corners so impossible to pull in the material all the was round resulting in the 2 loose corners bagging out. It looks a mess to be honest and I am disappointed given the price. I know you cannot exactly Taylor fit but I should have just boathouse a this cheap one I count tie around the bottom.
