I built my own fire pit a few years ago and came across covers and all. I sent the measurements, paid and surprised with the quality and fits perfectly- thanks a lot better than the first one I brought from somewhere else which lasted a year, for around the same price.

I contacted the company originally to ask if they could make a shade to a specific design. Had to place the order and pay before full assurance was given.
Once the order was placed they responded quickly with proposed size etc. took a few exchanges to arrive at the final design but all done quickly, the English is sometimes 'googled but understandable.
Once received the shade is well packaged and arrived within the stated time. It is well made and to the size and design specified. There are a few loose threads but they don't appear to affect the strength.
Fitted is looks good and serves its purpose.
