Great cover. Very high quality (chose the toughest option). Only small gripe is that it's slightly tighter then expected. The site says give exact measurements and they'll add up to two inches to make sure there's flex to get the cover on. I wish I'd added an inch to each of width and depth. But the cover is still perfectly usable, so it's a minor issue. Website so easy to use. I tried others but most were a pain to fill in or just gave you a form to fill in with no order mechanism. Of course, the true test is how it survives in use. But for now I'm very happy with both product and service.

As per your concern, the grommets dimensions particularly for the Vinyl curtain, Inner Diameter is 15 mm, Outer Diameter is 28 mm and the Height (Thickness after the grommets will be compressed and applied to the curtain) will be 7 mm.
