Easy to use website and very pleased with product. My covers are an unusual design but thet fit perfectly! Cover material seems to be good quality.

Simple to understand and use. Previously received a cover for the South Facing Glass of my conservatory roof and the product was excellent. Now ordering for East & West Roof Glass shading.

Lovely material and fits a dream. Good delivery service too. All the way from India so don't expect this to be delivered in less than a week.

I really wanted this bespoke service and expected some back and forth in detailing.
Unfortunately, whilst permitting emails to come to me, the flood gates opened for promotional emails on a daily basis.
I nearly cancelled the £275 order when the titles started with 'I see you've been looking at …'
That was very unsettling despite the innocuous browsing I was making of other products.
Never had such invasion and relentless pressure before from any item on wanted on-line.
I complained within my exchanges over the products and it seemed to abate and I found the link to stop such chasing and adverts immediately after I received the goods and invoice.
I had a good response and apology but I should have had the option to receive emails for the product and to opt out at the first of promotions and stalker-like 'nudging'.
Will avoid you in the future definitely and what a real shame that is I love what you make!

I measured my new seat and ordered a waterproof cover online. It was straightforward and when it arrived it was the perfect fit. It did take some time to come but I was not in a hurry - seems it was made in India. I went to a local factory in Manchester who cut the foam for it and it is now in place on my seat.

Ordered three outdoor seat covers to replace existing items. Order delivered earlier, fabric, stitching and overall result higher than I expected. Zip work and zip cover seams high standard, fits perfectly and looks great. Brought rattan furniture up several notches in quality and looks. I have subsequently ordered outdoor cover for furniture based on initial order satisfaction. Get free sample fabric if unsure, results speak for themselves

The process was remarkably straightforward throughout and we are very happy with the sofa cover.

Excellent customer service. We order two patio chair covers and included a photo, they emailed back requesting confirmation of measurements using an annotated copy of our picture to show exactly what was required. They then followed up with another email showing the tech drawings they made for production team. Covers received and of really good quality material and well made. Overall an outstanding service at very good prices. We would not hesitate in heartily recommending Covers & All UK.

Cover looks good and the delivery was received earlier than expected. So all in all very good service

Mesh garden curtains arrived promptly and no problems with the order. Only minor issue is I would have expected the grommets along the top to have been equi-distant to each other, which they were not
