Unfortunately our custom made sun shade sail arrived and does not fit, despite us following all the instructions. It is far too small. Waiting to hear back from someone about resolving the issue and getting a new one.

Outside Seat Covers were great so we've ordered a complete sofa cover for the winter.

Very easy to order and i found it easy to ring and add webbing to my order and pay for it.

Very easy to take the measurements and the print off makes sure you can do it all and then enter it.

There is alot of info on the website - and a lot of choice. I wanted outside dining seat covers for 7 chairs - I wasn't sure about the material types on offer or the colours ( as computers can distort) but I ordered a sample and received an entire book of their materials - very impressive. ( although I feel I should return it as I only wanted one sample)

Once I'd placed my order I was kept informed - I would say the measuring bit is entirely down to the purchaser. When covers arrived They are on the generous side / I'm not sure whether the company adjusts the measurements they get or not but they are really quite nice - perfect for outside and I'm very happy. I couldn't find any direct replacements as the chairs seem to be a slightly unusual size. This has been a success all round

Experience pretty good, Cover looks good. However I can't give an informed rating at this point. Once the cover has been on the table outside on the patio for a year in all weathers... then I'll be able to say how good it is. I travel hopefully.

Ordering process was simple, entered my dimensions, the finish quality required and logo/text, confirmed the design and checked out. The whole process was simple and quick. A week later my order arrived well packaged. I wasn't disappointed with my order.

Took a little time via corrospondance for both parties to be clear about my requirementsdue to terminology/understanding but we all got there. Very good product, not cheap but you get what you pay for Quality. Thanks
