A sketch, got a CAD drawing back, confirmed all was ok and two weeks later the cover arrived. Dimension perfect and as described.

Overall I have been satisfied, prior to purchasing your cover. L purchased a much lighter version from a competitor there's had a silver heat retention lining on the inside which was a nice touch.the over all quality of yours was far superior, but that would have sealed it for me. I will use combination of both for winter & lighter one for summer time.

Apart from having to convert all measurements from cm to inches, the website ordering process is easy to use

Quick turnaround, great options to customise zip/ties etc and well made in terms of fit and finish. Fabric looks like it'll last a while, will be back if/when they need to be replaced!

Circular cover is perfect.
Rectangular cover was quite awkward to stretch over the table - shouldn't be a problem because it's only going to put on and removed once a year.
Didn't realise the orders were being sourced in India- not a problem but longer than expected to arrive

Yes good but not the same service with everything you order as I sent wrong measurements my fault. But did not ask for picture and if they did they would have picked it up

From start to finish the service was impeccable and from the early exchanges aimed at trueing up my measurements you got the sense they wanted to supply the best product available. We chose custom made covers for our garden sofas and hanging chair and the end product is simply of the highest quality. They look good too which can't always be said for covers. Would use again and highly recommend
