The first point of contact via the website was excellent. Delivery promise exceeded expectations. On unpacking and fitting it was disappointing to find the cover was after checking it against my order was 6inches to wide and therefore about 6inches too long. It's a shame because the cover material and welding is excellent
The shopping experience was great except there should have been more delivery updates plus an instructions sheet of how to use the cover to cover garden boxes.

Used a few times now for outdoor tables and seating. Not tested durability but feel high quality and long lasting. Having custom design to fit properly stops wind blowing cover off, water pooling in areas, and looks much tidier.

Easy, quick and cheap... Saw some bad reviews so ordered a free fabric swatches to see the quality of the fabric and speed of delivery. Considering they came from India delivery was quick and the fabric good, so I ordered. When they arrived I was very pleasantly surprised, the quality of the workmanship and zips are very good and the fit was spot on
Very easy website to use and the product delivered about two weeks in advance of when was predicted. The material is thick and good quality, I probably didn't need the extra room in the material as it has a slightly looser fit, but I'd prefer that to it being too small, so can't really complain. Great service and happy with the product. Thanks

Good cover, the only downside is the holes are not evenly spaced. This made it slightly inconvenient setting up.
