Same issue when trying by credit card. Finally persuaded PayPal to work. You need to sort this payment part of the site out. It will lose you customers.

We have had no cover for our barbecue so was looking for one online- saw this company and decided to give it a go- cover is heavy (ie good quality) and fits well- took a few days to arrive but wasn't an urgent purchase.
