Just great, took a couple off weeks to arrive but as quoted when we ordered
I had never used this company before, I must admit I was a little nervous however, for anyone who finds themselves in my position, do not hesitate. Honestly, ordering was easy, product is amazing, I am impatient and didn't like the wait but given they make the product to order it was a quick turnaround (I'm spoilt with Amazon)
After some confusion over the dimensions I should provide, which was dealt with professionally and quickly, I received my outdoor cushion covers. They fit perfectly and look great. They have revived my old furniture. Would definitely shop here again.

The actual product was exactly what I wanted, but the process for specifying it was not clear:
I ordered a fairly simple cover for a rectangular box. After a few days I received an email requesting that I check the proposed design. That was OK, except that the dimensions were exactly as I had entered and did not show the 'allowance' of 2 inches in each direction mentioned on the website. It did not say whether the 'allowance' was included or not, so I had no idea of the actual dimension of the cover I would receive. I requested confirmation that the actual cover would be 2 inches larger than the drawing showed. I did not receive a reply.
After a week or more I was contacted to say that they were waiting for my confirmation of the design. After discussion I confirmed the design and the cover was delivered.
I just think that the website should make it clear whether the design shown is just a check that the buyers input has been entered correctly or is a specification of the actual cover to be made.
They should, of course, also respond to questions from the buyer
I have used this service many years ago, and found myself needing another hard-wearing machine cover. This company are very very good at supplying the right type of cover with the exact measurements required,will definitely use for future cover's
I received an email informing me of my delivery, it wasn't going to be convenient so I rang up and asked for a later date, the call handler put me on hold and "talked to the factory" a later date was agreed. To no avail the goods arrived when I wasn't there, luckily the neighbour was around but it was 7:30am.

Fits perfectly and cushions underneath are completely dry after a number of torrential downpours. Material is heavy duty and 100% waterproof.
Needed a custom sized table cover. The process was easy and smooth to order one and we're pretty happy with the result.
The quality of the covers is great. They are not cheap, but worth the price.
