Very easy site to use, item was as requested, arrived in good time and is of good quality.

Was supposed to arrive before 12 noon and a signature required.Having waited in all morning we were just about to go out when they arrived after 3pm.

Easy to use site. Clear explanation of which measurements were needed. Being able to add a photo of the old cushions gave me confidence that the new ones would be correct.

I had an issue with delivery of my original order, it took a little while to resolve, but when it was resolved (a second product was sent as the original never arrived) the item received was higher quality than I expected

Glad I went ahead in the end. Although I initially thought I was ordering from a uk country

I wanted to make sure that the cover was made to my exact measurements with my own leeway calculations. The team at Cover & All did this and the quality is as we hoped for.

Quick and the customer service provided on the phone was excellent. Definitely will be ordering from these guys in future. I can't fault the quality of the clear vinyl cover I purchased, it keeps the water out and that's all I wanted.

I'm not entirely sure why their customer services department is being slated in reviews online either? I called them to make sure they were able to stitch the zipper in a specific way for me and they even sent me a mock-up of my design before they started making it.

If you're still in doubt then maybe just ask for a mock-up in future?
