Very positive experience. Bought 4 covers of differing sizes. Great service to ensure the covers were the right fit.
Provided relatively straight forward spec in mm to get a custom quote. They converted from mm to inches and provided a quote. I paid. They then sent the order through for production. They then converted the size in mm to inches again and decided to add an extra inch on each direction. They also forgot to include the grommits in the quote so they then added these in. Creating an additional £30 charge in total, increase the cost by about 30%.
Why the original quote is inaccurate is down to measuring in inches rather than mm, and when they convert between the two, two different departments get two different results.
Ridiculous situation to lead your customer into. Will never use again.

Great easy to use site for ordering custom made items
Bought a great product from you and provided a good review but you are sending me way too many after sales emails and SMSs.
Once I put in the correct measurements, it was easy to pick the colour, zip length and type of finish for the coving by the easy step-by-step options. It was great to be able to see a diagram of my item and to know what it would cost before submitting the order. I liked that it checked through the details before I submitted to the order, as I'd originally put in cm instead of inches. I was really useful to have emails letting me know how my order was progressing and finally to track when it was on its way. I would certainly use this service again. Extremely happy with the end product day bed cover.

We are lucky to have a place in the Lakes, which is great. But when the weather changes, like during the winter. Our BBQ which we bought the cover for it ( Weber) it lasted 2 years, cost £60. So we decided to get one made to measure from covers & all. We already had one at home & covers for the furniture in grey too. As in pictures. We chose the standard, recommended quality covers. They do a more robust material, which I feel isn't needed in our case.
