Ordered 2 custom tarps and they arrived too short; I've provided evidence but they just keep coming back with (they're creased, we made the correct size). They've provided me no evidence of any kind of quality control, just keep repeating that I'm wrong and my tape measure is clearly also at fault. They are a good 4cm out which makes a big difference for my use case.
I will now resort to getting a refund from my bank.

Very pleased with this bargainous cushion cover. Others have complained about the size not being what they ordered. I'll say one thing, the sizing on the site is inches.

Great product. I sent measurements and details of TV and the cover fits like a glove. Material is first class can see it lasting for years to come. Only comment I have and not negative on ordering I assumed it was all UK based but you order UK and is shipped from India I think so delivery is slower than expected, however this wouldn't put me off I will order again from covers & all.
