Hoping the cover lives up to expectations
Honestly... I've just thrown my covers in the bin, they were less than 18 months old.! This company may say the material is waterproof but the seams definitely are not. So, may I pose a question... What is the use of covers for outdoor furniture & cushions that allows the rain to come through the seams and soak the seating pads... No use whatsoever and an absolute waste of money!

Additionally, we would like to include one more point. "Despite the fact that the fabric of our covers is waterproof, we cannot guarantee that water pools that form on the cover won't cause any damage. These pools of water could cause moisture to seep in through the seams, creating mold and mildew, which could damage your belongings". We have mentioned this on our website under warranty policy. Thank you for your understanding and continued support.

If the customers design does not fit your software generated dimensions then a phone call to the customer, which happened after 2 months, would work
