Good customer experience in purchasing a made-to-measure cover I ordered for some outdoor garden patio furniture. The ordering process was straightforward and easy to follow. I didn't appreciate that the cover was going to be manufactured in India. Having said that, delivery was within a week with regular updates provided by FedEx.
Totally delighted with the cover which is really good quality. I opted for the 'Cover Tuff' material. Although more expensive, I am hoping, and expecting, that the cover will last considerably longer than previous other cheaper, inferior covers I have had which only lasted a year or two.
All in all a good customer experience for me and I would thoroughly recommend 'Cover & All UK'.

I ordered 5 bespoke window seat cushions. Each one is a different size, I was worried the order was too complicated but there was no need for concern, the cushions have arrived and they are perfect! The fabric is great quality and much thicker than I expected, the foam is firm and comfortable and every cushion is a perfect fit for its individual window seat!

Very clear instructions regarding measurement and good description of products. However, it would have been useful to have been informed regarding purchase of umbrella and base.
I did contact Customer Service and was very impressed with the speed and helpful response. It was especially good to get a reply to my email on a Saturday. I cannot fault them, they even sent me a follow up email to check if everything was okay. A personal and very professional service.
When purchasing the base, you need to be aware that the metal cross fitting for the base is sent with the umbrella and not the base.
