Ordered cover to dimensions as illustrated allowing for a bit of play. Cover was delivered within a week with good quality material, good quality toggles and thick paracord.

Although slightly pricey, does the job as desired unlike the cheap woven plastic versions that don't quite fit from various outlets and leak and/or get torn pretty soon after first use

Came a lot quicker than stated my experience was perfect we put it up and certainly keeps the sun off us as our garden is a sun trap

Thank you for taking the trouble to check the measurements on a clearly marked out image, and for making the necessary adjustments for us! The covers look fantastic and fit perfectly. Super quality too. Only slight issue was that your original email requesting measurement checks must have gone to my junk folder, which caused a month or so delay. It would have been helpful if you'd followed up proactively for a reply after a couple of weeks rather than waiting for me to chase the order. However when I did chase the order I found your customer service very helpful and responsive.

Delivery was very quick for a custom order. The covers are well made and have great features such a full length zip with an inner cover to stop it fowling on the mattress. The stitching seems to be solid and well done. The material is sturdy and feels to be good quality. Only minor niggle is the dimensions are not exact being 1cm or so off on a couple of the covers. Would also be nice to have a better invoice from them with full details of the order.
