To say I paid extra to get an earlier delivery date, half came on time and the other 3 days late. So a bit disappointing. However I do rate the quality or their products, hence a 2nd order. Just don't know what went wrong g with the 2 cushions.

Moved into a house with a pergola that had no shade. Tried to make do with all sorts of different options then found this company who helped me with sizing etc and quickly I had a perfectly fitting shade. Only thing I would say is, I was advised to go a little bigger than my measurements - I didn't but they know what they are talking about so when ordering, go a little bigger as recommended as I could have done with a few extra cm. I also didn't see an option for Velcro edge which was available and what I needed but, after a few emails (I think the adviser was losing patience by this point)it was suggested I have Velcro which was great. I would use this company again for sure.
