Very easy to follow the measuring guide and submit order. Team were very helpful in exacting precise measurements and fabric appears more heavy duty than previous covers. Would definitely use again.
The design process was slow. Messages were sent on the site without an email or text message so I didn't know they were there. The design drawings didn't reflect the fact that an extra 5cm would be added to the diameter. This was explained on the original product page but I'd forgotten it by the time I came to review the drawing.

Not as pictured. The delivered item only had one eyelet in each corner, rather than 4 per side as pictured.
Wish I'd found this company sooner for replacement cushion covers. Used them for covers for an expensive patio set + loungers which were damaged, aged and faded though use and the new covers have completely transformed.
I've recommended already to friends for service, price and quality and probably going to use again myself for car covers which I've always meant to get around to.
