Despite the. co.uk this seems to be an American company out sourcing the orders to India. It ends up being a very slow service and in my case a poorly sewn product.

Perhaps I didn't read the information well enough, but there were three things that didn't match my expectations.
1. The covers are manufactured in and shipped from India which adds a heck of a lot to their carbon footprint
2. Despite the instructions stating that you shouldn't add on any excess to the measurements as they do that for you, my covers only just fit on the skylights and I am unable to confidently secure them. I am expecting them to blow off with a strong gust of wind.
3. Although the covers were not described as blackout, I was expecting they would block out more light than they do given the thickness, but they don't block out much at all.

Great engagement with the design team - we must have done at least 4 rounds of edits to agree on the dimensions. Took advantage of a discount offer (as a repeat customer) so got stuff at a good price. Very professional finish to the products. Too early to comment on durability, waterproofing, etc. but fingers crossed I won't be disappointed.
