Really easy to use website, which made it simple to input the dimensions and material specification for the cover I needed. Shipping/delivery was quick and the quality of the cover is excellent. A great experience throughout.

The quality of the cover I received was the best I have ever seen. Our discount for new customer was not initially applied and it was difficult to convey to help desk what the problem was. It was eventually sorted out but took over an hour with three different people. The 2 hour window to get everything done seems onerous especially if one does the order late at night and can't wait on the phone for hours.
The cover arrived earlier than expected which is wonderful. We were very pleased to receive a sample pack with our order which makes it easier to select a fabric for our future projects.

It was easy to order the traps and delivery arrived as scheduled. Haven't had a chance to install the traps to see if they fit.

I had previously placed my order a year ago. That experience was so exhausting that I gave up. With my credit I tried again without issue. No issues, no emails, no phone calls. I received my order in less than a week and couldn't be more satisfied! Thank you

Good quality cover, but was expecting better design for chimney part.

I was told delivery would be between 11/12/22 and 11/17/22. Product delivered 11/10/22.
Normally this would be great except, I purchased a house and moved in 11/11/22. I was worried about theft since I didn't know my neighbors yet. Everything worked out OK.

Very happy with the end product. We ordered custom size panels for our wood shed. In my initial order I included a picture of our wood shed and customer service contacted us to confirm the sizing as the ground is uneven. I was happy to see they reviewed the pic and my order. The material is strong, stitching and grommets look good. This will be our first winter so hopefully all will be good.
