The website was very easy to follow. The fabric colours are quite off however, as the tan colour I chose was more like a light beige, so I am a bit concerned about dirt and spills. I'll try applying Scotchguard fabric protector.
The long bench cushion and cover I ordered turned out nice but the ties to secure the cushion on either end were in the wrong place as both were sewn onto the narrow end on one side.
The service was fast considering I had no idea the covers were actually made in and shipped from India, when the site is called coversandall.ca leading me to believe I was supporting a Canadian company in Canada, so I feel this is misleading.
Overall the covers look nice with my patio furniture and I would likely order again for the reasonable pricing, and fast service.

Great communication right from the start - always providing me with an update….we received your order, processing order, custom building order, shipping order with tracking number. Company is very efficient, as I ordered 14 custom sized covers of 3 different sizes and order was received at my door in under 2 weeks. Would definitely recommend to others.
