The range of products available (colour, different material & properties), but not too much, made the shopping easier. The process of measuring & reporting online was straightforward, again with multiple options available. The designer was really excellent at providing a design and seeking approvals, so only made the product after being 100% sure we got all the measurements right! This attention to detail was greatly appreciated. Once confirmed, we received the final covers fairly quickly.
Please read above - I received the wrong size for my needs although I did order it clearly since it was a size offered ny clicking choice.

Good shopping experience, follow the measurement guidelines to the letter (maybe even add 1/2" extra as one of the covers we ordered was too tight. It is shipped from the states so i had to use myus which cost extra

Sales person promised me a discount for rollers without mechanisms once I placed the full proced order. However, after I placed the order and called to claim the rebate I was told otherwise.
