This is our second order with this company. We have been delighted with the good quality and accuracy of the products. The first order took much longer than predicted to arrive, the next order arrived much earlier than anticipated, which was great.

Not impressed at all with the online ordering. Was to, d to send via email a pic as well as the measurements we wanted sent it. Received email asking again for same info. We did this about three times. Someone email us if we would like to speak to him to give him our number and he would call did not happen. So about a month later we called to place order and person could not understate how to measure or convert measurements so we had to explain how to to it. Still waiting for items so that review will gave yo wait.
Customer service needs improvement and some one that is knowledgeable would be an asset.

Ordered cushions and paid Priority Delivery of an extra $85. Delivery date quoted was July 29.
Free Shipping was quoted as delivery of Aug 2. It is now Aug 3 and my order has still not arrived! Why charge extra for Priority and then completely miss the date by 5 days? I would not recommend using Priority shipping as that is a complete rip off.

Per current transit routines, it takes approximately 6 business days for FedEx to deliver the shipments once it is despatched from our facility. Sadly though, this time it was delayed in transit. As we ship via third-party services like FedEx and DHL, we rely on their prowess, guile, and steadfastness for our deliveries. Regrettably, at times, such instances do occur for reasons that stand outside the bounds of couriers like FedEx or DHL. And we apologize for that. Additionally, we are sorry to note your disappointment with the manufacturing location. Per our current operational strategy, and business requirements we have our goods manufactured and shipped from our facility in India, a fact that is readily furnished in the FAQ section of our website. Regardless, our policy is clear, and we stand by the warranty of our products and fabrics. We sincerely hope that the ordered product turned up to your satisfaction.
