We worked with the designer in measurements and was very pleased with results s our daybed cover fits perfectly and love the blue color and quality and thickness of the cover in general.
The production was quick and shipped on time. The team also suggested modifications to the default design to improve the fit based on the picture of the sectional that I sent in. We had our first rain storm last night and the furniture is dry this morning!
I quickly found what I was looking for and using the ample list of shapes I was able to enter the measurements. Once I submitted, Covers and All were very quick to reply and ask for some additional info and a photo of what needed to be covered. Send a picture if you have it and save a step. Once I sent the picture Covers and All replied in less than a day to confirm the cover shape would work and asked for confirmation to procede. I confirmed and the cover arrived a week earlier than scheduled. Overall the whole process required about 30 minutes of my time from ordering to receipt.

When I removed the cover aster using it the first time, a grey color had transferred onto my vinyl fabric on the chair. Same grey color as the inner lining on your cover. Very disappointed. Would like to return these to you and get my money back... I can't/won, t use them.

I telephoned to get an understanding of your order process & was provided with all the information I needed. The agent was very helpful and courteous. Once I took all the measurements as outlined in the diagram on your site I had a number of conversations with staff to ensure all measurements were correct. Specifically the chimney area where a damper handle was longer than the radius of the chimney. This was a detail that was necessary to pay attention to or the cover would not have fitted, it was up to me to ensure the measurements were correct before I signed off on production. I was given a delivery date of approximately 3 weeks after sign off & it was delivered a day earlier than was quoted. I've tried the cover on the same oven we are getting at the vendor location & it fits perfectly.
