Love the product. Delivery not so much. Arrived 11 days later than promissed. That said, it is not dramatic in these troubled C-19 times. Can`t wait to hang it up on my balcony to close off the cold winter wind, and summer rain.

So far I have been very happy with your products and the quality. I have bought several custom made tarps for my utility trailer, the quality is extremely good. I believe this new tarp that I have ordered for my snow blower will be of the same quality. The price is right and is fair for the quality I have received.
Update: The cover for the snow blower arrived and it is extremely well made. A fairly complex cover with a multitude of measurements. I took all the measurements, sent them to the company and they sent back the measurements with corrections. Turns out their measurements were right on and the final product is incredible. Everything about the cover is quality, from the zippers to the actual material. Easy to put on the blower, covers 100%, couldn't be happier. Highly recommend this company.
Upgraded my operating system on my laptop to Windows 10 and much better experience ordering from your web site. Had a lot of problems with Windows XP...
I had a really difficult time working with your web site. Every time I responded to a chat window I was able to get into the order form but unable to get back to the chat. I ended up chatting to 4 different people, provided drawings and pictures via the chat window, ended up adding these to the chat window, filled out all forms, got as far as the billing information and then unable to get into the billing screen because the chat window overlayed the billing section. I had to close the chat window in order to get back to the billing section. It took me almost 3 hours to finally place my order. Not sure if this was a problem with my computer or your web site but it was a difficult process to say the least. I am just praying that the order goes through and everything works out the way I am hoping it will.

I provided the specs for a set of custom curtains for my outdoor gazebo. At first the chat representative said it wasn't something that wasn't possible but then I spoke to another agent and they agreed to do it, so I was quite happy with that as I ordered custom outdoor furniture covers in the past. Essentially, I asked for 4 curtains to be zipped together to keep the wind and snow out in the winter months. I also asked for velcro straps to tie them to the gazebo posts so they wouldn't whip around in the wind. I received the curtains and all the measurements were perfect. The quality of the material is amazing and delivery was quick. The only problem was that the velcro straps were attached to the inside of the curtains instead of the outside and so I had to reverse them. This exposes the stitching to the outdoor elements, but I just hope it's not going to be a problem going forward. In addition, I had hoped they put a double zipper rather than a single zipper so that you can easily open from both the inside and out. Other than that, the product is pretty solid.

We had very specific requests for our cover and the team did a great job. The material seems to be resistant. The order arrived with a little delay with Fedex, but the situation has been fixed quickly. I would recommend this company.
I was actually saddened to learn my cover was not coming from Canada, my mistake as I thought this was a Canadian company. I have not opened this package yet it is a gift.

I have not received an invoice for either one of the 2 orders I have placed and I need those invoices. The first tarp didn't not have all the eyelets I wanted in it, the second I have not checked yet.

Overall, I'm very pleased. I was also very impressed that they contacted me to ensure my covers were the right dimensions since one was quite large.
