The outdoor cushion covers that I purchased are fantastic. They are a big improvement over the original covers and look like they will last a long time. Very pleased.

I'm not sure what FedEx did to the package, but it when I received it it was torn open and barely together. Product inside was OK, just.

I received my order quickly. The quality is very good and it fit perfectly. I was impressed that handles were sewn on the sides which was an extra I did not expect. And it has a drawstring on the bottom as well. It hasn't rained yet, but it looks waterproof. I ordered light grey and it looks nice. I didn't order the most durable one, but it looks like it will be quite durable.

I had not been able to find new cushions for my patio set as the standard sizes didn't fit. I was happy to be able to order these custom covers. The workmanship and fit are exceptional! So happy to see my patio furniture looking new again!

Satisfied with product and delivery. They did not add the extra 2" that was required. Make sure you add a few inches when ordering.

Very easy to use. The quality is there. The personal is there to help you! Do not hesitate to send them pictures of your item especially if it is a custom cover you require. The employee are far competent and patient. The members of the design team are conscientious. I ordered twice and twice I got a great product and service.

This cover was made to cover the existing hot tub cover which was not holding up to our weather. Rather than replace the entire cover I decided to get this cover which works very well. It requires a bit of extra steps to open and use the tub but I feel it is worth it.

I previously ordered a custom cover for our l-shaped sofa and it fit perfectly. Excellent service and will buy from them again!

I thought I was receiving 2 outdoor chair cushions. Instead I received 2 vinyl open sided bags that look like some sort of covers with ties on them. Nothing like what I thought I ordered

Website is a bit buggy and made it hard to check out without going through a million pop-ups. Customer service was quick to reach out about something in the picture I sent but didn't include the description, so it's clear they care about the design! I got the covers back quickly, but unfortunately there are black marks all over the material. I could probably hide it with some cushions and the fact that I picked a darker colour should help hide the marks, but if I had picked a lighter colour like I originally thought they would definitely stand out.

Love my covers and the quality and fit are perfect
