My first time straying away from the usual. Macys nordstroms etc to find a gown. Truly wish I had gone with my gut feeling and not bothered. I guess I'm looking at losing 250 dollars to these people. I knew when I bought that if I returned the dress it would be store credit only. Ok I accept that but they deliberately appear to delay contact with you until the noted 5 day window has passed. (obviously to Add some percentage of the dress cost as a fine)
They seem to be all over the place with return time deadlines. A moving goal post

They have finally after 4 days of me not giving up sent me an email letting me know they will send me an email with the return auth number... why didnt they just send it in that email. I really don't have a good feeling about this.
And 4 days later I'm still waiting for the mythical return number.
I guess that they hope I just give up and go away Btw I get the feeling there is something shady going on here with the dresses. Are they fakes idk but why wouldn't they let you return a gown if they are real from real manufacturers.
Yeah just not worth getting involved
I think if these are the real dresses then Couture Candy is basically a drop ship middle man, because the latest news on my return number so I can send this stupid badly fitting dress back, is now apparently something they are waiting on from the manufacturer
Oh and I just noticed my reply to their customer service got bounced even though I replied to where it came from

I'M NOT HAPPY

I returned 3 gowns purchased from Couture Candy. The photo depicted the La Femme gown as silver and it was a matronly dark gray in reality. I purchased 2 sizes of this same dress and was only able to get credit for the dresses. I accepted this. However, I only ended up getting one third of my due credit and I got this after REPEATED emails and calls to customer service. The returns included hefty charges deducted and I never did receive the full amount due to me. Very UNSATISFIED WITH COUTURE CANDY- BUYER BEWARE.

DO NOT TRUST! I ordered two dress from couture candy and when they came they were a complete MISREPRESENTATION of what I saw online. When I told them that the dresses looked NOTHING like what I ordered to the point that I didnt even take them out of the plastic wrap, they gave us a very hard time about the returns. After plenty back and forth they finally agreed to let us return the dresses. Once we returned it, they emailed us that they received both dresses and they need to check the quality of the dresses. Then when we followed up, they reported that they now never received one of the dresses. This website is a COMPLETE SCAM. They have TERRIBLE COSTUMER SERVICE and they do everything in their power to steal your money. SHOP ANYWHERE ELSE! THEY ARE THE WORST. Even if they gave me free dresses forever I would not shop here!

Even though their website states you can return items in 5 days in BOLD RED INK, what it really means is that you ONLY GET A STORE credit IF you ask to return items in 5 days. Further, even if the email you receive indicates your order has not begun to process, if you try to cancel, they lie and say it is already processing and TAKE 25% OF YOUR MONEY plus extra handling costs. No matter what you do, unless you keep the dress, they take your money. This is a TRAP. Do not use this company! Be on the lookout for a Class Action lawsuit that you an join against this company!

I was looking for a discounted dress to arrive in time for my dress wear date which was within 9 days. The customer service at Couture Candy called me back after noting my contact information so that I wouldn't have to stay on hold for a lengthy amount of time. The customer service assistant called me back the next morning so that she wouldn't wake me when she received the information late in the evening and helped insure that my dress would be on time! My dress was on time because of her assistance!
