I just recently placed my first order (swimwear) with Couture Candy - I found a swimsuit available in my size that was sold out on the main retailer's site so I was so excited they had it. They have amazing selection with all the newest styles in stock, and a wide variety of sale items as well.

I've had numerous online shopping experiences and i can definitely say that purchasing at COUTURECANDY gave me an easy breezy stress free transaction. I had shopped at local bridal store for a Mother of the Groom dress and found it on the CoutureCandy site for about $100 less. I ordered it and it arrived less than a week later.

It was the worst online experience of my life. Never shop online with this store, its a TRAP!
I bought a dress for my nephew wedding, since I was a new costumer, I was eligible for 10% discount and free shipping. I read the return policy and I was aware that I would have to pay for the shipping (both sending and returning). I did not realize that the store would not provide a refund, just store credit. I had to return the dress, looking back at the return policy, it says that it provides full store credit. To my surprise however, since I had gotten a 10% discount the store gave me a 20% penalty on my return (taking away from my store credit) because of the 10% new costumer discount I had received (which is mentioned nowhere on the return policy). On top of that returns through the stores carrier, and original shipping costs are deducted from your returns store credit. I followed all the instructions for returning the dress, and returned it as soon as they provided the RMA number, and I used a third-party carrier for returning the dress. I paid $346 for the dress, but only received $267 in store credit. It was very hard to find anything to buy in the store with this amount. I ended up having to settle on something I did not like or need.
It took the store more than 3 weeks to give me my store credit, even though they got my return within a couple of days, with the 20% penalty and shipping (even though they advertise free shipping and easy return). I had several e-mails and phone calls with the store when I was trying to get my store credit and figure out why I was getting so little back, the customer service was very unhelpful, they apologized a lot but did little to help, and seemed very dismissive of my problems. Overall I found the stores policy deceitful and more concerned with making money rather than providing good service.
You never know how good online businesses are going to be, but Couture Candy efficiently packed and quickly shipped my brooch. Thanks for the great experience.

The dress was delivered here in Qatar. Purchased the item over the phone, Bev was so helpful. Return policy was explained to me and I dont have a problem with it. This very lovely dress is worth the wait because of the international shipping.

Ordered a dress on sale for my son's wedding, and received numerous confirmation emails. Then 1 month later was told I would have to pay full price if I wanted the dress! What a bait and switch! Their customer service is horrible and they purposely disconnected my calls. I asked to speak to a manager but never heard back. I am heartbroken and without a dress for my son's wedding! (The full price dress I ordered for my daughter's wedding came right away, so the sale dresses are a complete scam!)
