Horrible experience. Expensive lesson to learn. Many fees " cancellation, restocking, processing". Store credit only. Nearly impossible not to loose money on any transaction with them. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM
Found a dress in a local store- found it at CoutureCandy for $50 less plus free shipping and no tax. Dress arrived quickly and packaged nicely. Could not be more pleased with the experience.
I ordered a red Mac Duggal dress for my daughter, I received it in 3 days, it is cheaper than actual retail price but looks good.

Please make sure to read their return policy on dresses prior to committing to a purchase. First, they do not value you as a customer. Second, your satisfaction is not their concern. After receiving the gown, I was unsatisfied with the color, size, and quality. According to their policy, you have to request a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number via email. The response time is 1 full business day for a representative to call you to confirm your request. After speaking to the customer service representative to confirm your request, you have to wait an additional full business day to receive an email with the RMA #. After receiving the RMA#, you have 5 business days for the merchandise to arrive in their warehouse for a 10% restocking fee.
If not, they will charge you a fee of 25%. ***Please note, you are eligible for only store credit. They will not refund the amount back to your initial payment. Furthermore, the store credit is available for 6 months before you forfeit your money.***
Please don't waste your time with the company. This has been the most horrific experience ever! My recommendation is Macy's or Nordstrom. You can return any item at any time for a full refund to your initial payment used.

I bought a dress they say they've shipped and provided a tracking number but the tracking number does not exists on USPS website! They've even stopped replying to my complaint emails now. Stay away!
We love the dress. It arrived as described and in perfect condition. It also arrived before we expected it. The dress received tons of compliments and the whole process of purchasing it was smooth and easy!

Did not receive a complete shipment. A missing piece of the dress. After 4 phone calls and NOT having this item for the event I STILL have not received the item. The staff acts very friendly on the phone but the follow through and communication is horrible.
The dress was perfect and they shipped very quick. I saved $100 on this dress. The dress was $300 at a local bridal shop and I paid $200 from CoutureCandy. The exact same dress.

Company does not ever pick up the phone. If there is a problem or a return, you will NEVER ever get an RMA in a timely manner to return the merchandise. They charge you for everything and you get nothing but horrible service. DO NOT BUY.
