Horrible. Ordered something July 13 didn't get sent out until July 18. Didn't fit so I sent it back. But had to wait from 7/25 to 8/1 to receive a special code to be able to return the item. It was a total of $208 and I only got $140 back!? For a 20% shipping and handling fee from when i purchased the item (I used a $10 coupon code) and charged $27 for shipping and handling fees! Really?$60. Never ordering anything from this site. Don't do it! After trying to get at least half that amount back they offered 10% back if I didn't give them a bad review. I didn't accept and now here we are

I have found the same dress at the cheapest price and it was a hassle free checkout. They sent me follow up email and confirmation so I didn't bother to call anymore. The best thing is when the dress was delivered to me exactly on the date I am expecting it. Worth coming back!

This is 2018, people do online shopping and then they return. I don't know why these people think they are different. I made sure the dress i bought was returnable, then when i returned they said it is store credit only.

I found the perfect dress at a department store for my daughter for a very special wedding but it was the wrong color. After researching the options with the vender, we found that Couture Candy had it in the perfect blush color. Dress was rush shipped, packaged perfectly and my girl was beautiful!
Once you purchase a dress, that most likely wont fit or not as described, then try to return it. You will then have to wait several days for a RMA number, for them to receive it and then to send to supplier to accept the return before it goes to accounting to give you back store credit. Oh by the way, they will charge you 20% restocking fee (with a coupon code you used) and then another 10%. Buyer beware, go shop somewhere you can trust. Very Disappointed. It was fast shipping, that's the only positive.
I really like their activewear selection. I was very pleased with my ChiChi sports bra and matching pants purchase and speedy delivery.
The process of of shopping was great. I bought two dresses for a great price and the quality was what was expected. The dresses were very nice and the details were super nice. We used both dresses at the beach in November for a wedding at the beach. Everyone complemented the dresses.

My daughter first saw and tried a prom gown on in a pushy store that did not take proper care of their inventory. Even though the gown was much too large, with a pull in fabric, and dirty she loved it. We happened to check Couture Candy. They had the same gown in her size in perfect condition for a better price. We received the gown in professional packaging and faster than expected. It was beautiful and my daughter could not have been happier with any other dress. Thankfully we did not listen to the pushy sales person from the original store who told us it was a one of a kind Trunk Show gown. Couture Candy will always be our go to for reliable, honest service for the perfect dress.
