DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I REPEAT DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I ordered a dress for my son's wedding, Unfortunately, the dress did not fit, When I contacted customer service to return the dress, this is when the scam began. You have to wait to get a return authorization #. Once you return you have to wait to see to see if you will receive a credit. I received 65% of my purchase back in the form of a Couture Candy credit, I purchased another dress using the credit. Guess What? It has been 3 months and I still haven't received the dress and nothing is showing that a credit exists. I have been cheated out of $500.00. SCAM! SCAM! SCAM!

I have been glued to this company for a year because LAST YEAR I ordered an evening dress, it was wrong size and they didn´t give me a refund to my credit card, they gave me store credit. Since I don´t shop online a lot, this year I needed evening dresses so I thought It was a good idea to FINALLY use that credit and ordered two; first I had problems bc they said credit EXPIRED and I resolved it by calling, then I placed my order and after the purchase was made, they sent and email saying that one of the dresses was no longer available and they didn´t made credit available right away (still waiting for that credit) and they sent the other dress, which I received yesterday AND IT IS NOT THE DRESS I ORDERDED! My event is in two weeks.
I am very done with this store but since they RETAIN your money you have to be dealing with them to not lose it. I might even call Chamber of Commerce in California to report it (encourage you, upset customer, to do the same) Did you notice that for every bad review, there´s like three good reviews in this page? (weird) CouTORTURE Candy IS THE WORST!

I want to start off by saying the dress itself was beautiful, it was just the wrong size for me. The issue that I have is that if you decide for any reason that you dislike the dress, you cannot get back a monetary refund. They say they'll give you back up to 25% of what you paid but when the dresses are upwards of $200 it is hardly worth it. They do offer you a full store credit but realize that if you buy a dress from this website you are basically obligated to it, there's no going back. It adds a lot of stress to the homecoming process that is very unnecessary. So now I'll have to reorder the dress in a different size as my event is quickly approaching even though i would be much happier getting the monetary refund that I could take to my local mall to quickly find a dress and ease my concerns. I understand that it would be unprofitable from the company perspective to offer refunds but i just wanted to warn any potential customers.

Shady company. Asked for the order to be cancelled within 2 minutes of ordering it. They refused, sent the order out 4 days after my request, lying that it was already shipped, and are refusing to issue me a 100% refund. No one answers their customer service line. Emails are being rejected. They have 1 customer service rep-Tessa-she's terrible. I think they have 1 sales person too. They won't give exact answers when you ask about refunds or returns. Look at all of these reviews about how they treat their customers. If you are reputable, why wouldn't you give 100% refunds like ALL the other companies. Asked for the owner, Eric Jones (who knows if that is a real answer) to contact me. He has not. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! Notified Better Business Bureau. I implore others to do the same. Again, I asked for the order to be cancelled 2 minutes after ordering as I feared that it was a sketchy company.

They sent me a dress 11 days after I purchased it. It got here one day before a very important party. Plus, the dress came damaged on the side. I contacted them to let them know what happened and they said that the time to return was already past it, when actually as soon as the dress got here I already contacted them. Now they wanna charge me a percentage for it, returning and a fee else. They are not gonna refund to my card, they wanna give me whatever money is left after those fees as a credit in store. The dress I got was $200.00 but when I felt the material, it was so cheap. I'm reporting them to the BBB, if anybody had a problem too, I'd recommend that. Oh, and more... Whenever I had to call them to ask something or solve an issue, it would always get disconnected or the line is always breaking, you cant barely hear what they're saying (it's to my phone cause I tried calling through another 2 cell phones). I'd have to try calling over 5 times at once so I would have a chance to speak to them. One time it took 20 mins for them to pick my call. They are very unprofessional.
