Anything you can find on this website you can find elsewhere and I strongly encourage you to do so. I purchased a gown that didn't fit properly so I returned it. Then I learned that I had bot read the fine print. You can ONLY get a credit and they deduct the return shipping, handing fees and restocking fees, so I lost about $50. Since I had a credit I decided to buy a piece of jewelry that wouldn't have to be a perfect fit. Half the items don't have decent descriptions or pictures. I finally settled on something and ordered it and it took almost three weeks to get it. I will never use this site again.
I am so in love with the gowns I got from Couture Candy. The craftmanship and quality of both items are exquisite. I mostly thank its customer service for recommending me in choosing the right styles I need for my black-tie event. I would definitely be back for more of your treasures. Thank you!
I was a damsel-in-distress tying to find a prom dress with no luck. A friend told me to check out CoutureCandy (my knight in shining armor!), and in just a swish and swoosh on my phone, I had placed my order in the morning, got a tracking number by noon, and voila! My first award-winning dress (crowned as prom queen. Tee hee.) is already at my doorstep within 3days.

I initially made a purchase from a different online store, the order was cancelled a week before the event. I saw the same dress from this store, spoke to one of their rep to confirm if its available. Order placed and the dress shipped the same day!. You're a lifesaver CoutureCandy!

Return policy SUCKS. No problem with dresses IF they are real and fit as listed. So double check. HOWEVER, do NOT try to return. Even if you follow CCs return procedure they will take off up to 50% with BS excuses. They are very had to understand over the phone. They claim they are sitting in LA but everyone had the same accent and very hard to communicate with.
Nothing is FREE which includes shipping.

This company will steal your money, we purchased a dress, they sent the wrong dress, we called them and they refused to refund the money and only gave us the option for store credit. They said we have to deducted 20 percent from the amount. It wasn't our fault that the wrong dress was deducted. After we sent the dress back we never even received the store credit. It's been over 6 months now. I have disputed it with my credit card company and CoutureCandy sent them a letter that they emailed us the credit. Which is a total lie. This company is a scam. STAY AWAY. Stick with the large companies
The dress I got is very nice and elegant and looks very expensive! I got a lot of compliments on the dress. I was very worried it won't fit because the return is a hassle. I will buy again from them but it's a hit or miss
We love this dress! The strapped back is so gorgeous. Burgundy is a popular color for a homecoming dress. Great quality and beautifully sewn jewels.
Got the package earlier than expected, dress was perfect and so comfortable that i can wear it everyday. Was worried that it might not arrive on time and had to call Couture Candy. The staff was so accommodating and assured me, even sent me the tracking details in no time! Can't wait for my next purchase!

Return policy is poorly written and was not followed by this company. It states "If you use our Return Shipping Label, the cost is deducted from your credit as are any freight/handling cost if shipping was complimentary at checkout" My shipping was not complimentary. I paid for expedited shipping. Dresses did not fit. I returned EXACTLY as directed with the RSL and they CHARGED ME for the "original freight and handling plus the RSL" Not the way the policy reads! BUYER BEWARE!
Be very, very careful when ordering from this company. I had to return a dress because it was way too small, even though I ALWAYS wear the size I ordered or even a size smaller. When they received it, they deducted 25% for a "restocking" fee, and gave me a credit for the rest. But when I went to use the credit, I discovered that they had taken it away because I hadn't used it fast enough. Apparently, under their rip-off policies, you only have SIX MONTHS to use the credit. So, this company basically stole over $500 of my very hard-earned money and refuses to do anything about it. ORDER AT YOUR OWN RISK!

I was hesitant about ordering from abroad, but I wanted something unique and different. I am stunned how quickly it arrived. It fits like a dream. I am wearing it to a special evening party and will definitely endorse this site to my friends. I will certainly purchase again for future outfits. Big thanks!
I bought a dress and it was too big, so I returned it. First of all, they only offer store credit for returns, even when returned immediately, so you can't buy more than one size and return the size that doesn't fit. You have to return each item and wait for it to be processed until you can make another purchase using the store credit.
The real kicker is that if you return an item, they back charge you on the "free shipping," along with the return shipping and a handling fee. For me this meant that they took almost $50 in shipping and handling fees from me.
Though their return policy does say (if you look hard enough, it's not very transparent) that they will back charge you for the "free shipping," it is ludicrous that they would charge almost $50. Nowhere does it state the amount that will be charged. I could've gotten the dress altered for that amount.
