I will never order from this company again and I advise everyone not too. There goes my 642.00, lets burn it and they have the dresses sent back to them. I paid extra money to have all 4 dresses sent to me for a NYE party, I ordered on December 14th. Now you would think 3 days it would come but I guess with their policy 3 days means 6 days. Still does not matter as did get one but the other three was not delivered until Dec 24th. Too late as I told CC I was leaving for Florida and needed to have the dresses before I left. They randomly send me a gift card and not the full amount? The CS with this company is horrible. They are taking peoples money and laughing. I should of kept the dresses.

I ordered some dresses for New Year's Eve, país 3-day shipping and got my dresses late, even one arrived on January the 3rd. After requesting a refund for their late shipping they only gave me the option for a store credit. When you google their res turn policy it mentions 14 days for a full refund to your original payment method, but that "policy" does not apply for their dresses which is what they mainly sell. After hours on the phone and endless emails they agreed to refund my money deducting a 25% restocking fee, which were $300 usd. I found it pretty unfair since it was their mistake I didn't got my dresses in time, but they offered no alternative, after accepting this I got $419 dollars back, out of $1,300 that i had spent, because they also took off 20% and charged me almost $400 for shipping and handling fees, insane isn't it? DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE, they will always find a new fee and arrange their hidden policies into their convenience.

They tell you to send them the item back, then hold the order long enough for the return/exchange time to run out. That's how they get to keep your money and get the item back.

I don't recommend ordering anything from this website. Just don't do it, you might as well literally throw your money in the trash. I had to return a dress because it looked NOTHING like the picture. The color was different, it was HUGE, and had a ton of extra fabric. The policy states you have to return it within 5 days to get the full refund amount for STORE CREDIT. I was able to get it back in time and they said they added it to my account. But I had checked out as a guest. Why would you refund money to an account that's not even set up. RIDICULOUS. I got in contact with them and they were going to reissue me the amount to a credit card, however they deducted 25% for a "restocking" fee when I got it there on time! ALSO they will send you a return label and take the money out of your return to pay for the shipping. They tried to charge me $70 for shipping. I did express shipping myself for $9. Apparently, under their ILLEGAL return policies you only have 6 months to use your credit.

My experience with Couture Candy started over 7 months ago. I ordered a dress and was able to find it on a NYC site that was 1/6 the cost. Before the order shipped and was received, I asked for it to be stopped. They said they had processed MY CARD and that it was impossible. Yet, I did not receive the goods for another 5 days. When I asked to return it, there were incredible hurdles of photographing it, in its package, with tags, and all tags photographed. I did so and even though it was returned to the original NYC fashion house, they failed to issue credit in a timely manner.
Now forced to hold a $600+ credit, I perused the site looking to spend it. I used half of the credit and now, 8 months after the credit was issued, they are denying the use of the remainder, stating a 6 mo window. NEVER was that written nor communicated when issued and on the follow up use of the credit. BEWARE - DON'T DARE go here!
