My gown arrived with a dried stain on it. Bad sewing job, and a couple snags. I wanted to send it back. They told me to send them pictures and I did. They told me I had to wait for an RMA authorization and return label. They told me I would need to pay to send the damaged gown back and also pay a 20% restocking fee. I threatened to open a dispute with PayPal and they told me not to because it would delay things. Long story short I opened and escalated a dispute with PayPal. Couture Candy did not send me an RMA authorization. However, they did refund me part of my purchase price. They charged me $14 for a label they didn't send and a 20% restocking fee on a damaged dress. Waiting for PayPal to take care of this problem. Here's a few pics of the stains and loose threads under the lace bodice. It was terrible craftsmanship.

This company has poor customer service. You can call them and the phone just rings and rings. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, they will insist that you get a store credit. Be careful because they are going to reduce the amount returned to you on the store credit. They will take your money and keep it. I purchased three dresses for $384.75 and returned two dresses in a timely manner and in excellent condition (according to their email to me). They only issued me a store credit for $61. Legal action should be filed against this fraudulent company. I plan to pursue legal and bank card action with them.

I was so pleased with my purchase! I ordered my mother of the groom dress on line and was skeptical of what I might get, however, when the dress came, it was perfect! I do wish it would have come in a box rather than folded in a bag and left on my porch, but other than that, it was perfect! I can't wait to wear it on our special day! Thank you Couture Candy!

It fits to me so well and the quality of the fabric is definitely high-end. But got the dress for a cheaper price! Will definitely recommend it to my other friends and get another dress soon!
Me and the wife are travelling east. Asked customer service to deliver the dress to my house in NY. It came earlier than the estimated delivery date. Dress is a little bit loose, I called their support and I was refunded for some amount to bring the dress to a seamstress. We just got the dress back today and it fit perfectly now to my lovely wife. I'm already starting to recommend this online store to my friends. My wife is very much satisfied and told e that she will buy another dress in a couple of weeks for another event.

I followed the exact return policy and return the items within the 5 day policy and asked for a full refund to my credit card, but received a much reduced amount in a store credit. I contacted the company multiple times and they stop responding to my request. I will never purchase anything from them as I find their behavior fraudulent and misrepresentation. They don't follow their own return policy.
