My mom ordered a dress for my wedding from this site. First of all, I would never recommend ordering a formal dress from a website at these prices without being able to try it on. The dress took over 3 weeks to get in the mail. The dress was too small. The process to return is ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. You have 5 days to ask for a return and 5 days to get it in the mail to them. Once they get it, it needs to be approved. If you used a coupon code no matter how much the discount is, they deduct 20% off your refund. My mom used a 5% off code and therefore now only got 20% of her store credit. Furthermore, if you want a refund on your card you get 50% back! How ridiculous is that. The whole process takes forever and if you need a dress for an event your basically working in a very tight time frame. Unreal. Don't put yourself through this.

I am very satisfied with Couture Candy, not only with the dresses but especially with their Customer Service. They are very professional and have assisted me over the phone in a friendly and timely manner. When I called to buy the dress that I want for my bestfriend's wedding, the sales rep gave me options and recommendations as to what dress that will best suit my shape and height, and of course for the occasion. I am recommending Couture Candy for all those who are looking for a quality dress in a cheaper price. You are sure to receive the dress on time and will put a big smile on your face. Their dresses are nice, the prices are good, but, if you have a problem with size or do not like the style on you, good luck! I have ordered 3 dresses, one dress came in without the jacket, I still don't know the status on that situation. The first dress I ordered did not look good on me and it has been 5 weeks and I still have not received a credit to my account or a store credit. The 3rd dress I ordered I just recently returned so the verdict is still out on the return status of that dress. I need to order another dress for my daughter's wedding, but, can't do anything until I receive a store credit or refund for the previous two dresses. I'm now at a standstill because I can't tie up any more money with this company. They have two dresses that I returned, but have not issued a credit of any kind. I am very frustrated and upset with all my attempts to get my refund or store credit. Because of their return problems, I will not order again unless I am forced to use a store credit.

I got an over $500 dress off of this site to try and decided that it didn't look the best on me for the price it was so I emailed them about returning it and they never responded. So I called them about returning the dress and they will not do a full return the only thing they would do is give me store credit that expires in 6 months and I wouldnt even receive the store credit right away. You will NOT get your money back and it's terrible to look for prom dresses. You need have to try on dresses to see what you like. I've used other companys that I can order several dresses at a time and return with no problem for a total refund not store credit. With other options in the market places that are more accommodating this is a horrible place! I cannot stress it enough

I bought a dress from this site for $317. When the dress came in I realized it wasn't the dress for me and decided to return it. The customer service was helpful when I was in the process of returning the dress but as soon as they received it, I was no longer able to contact them to figure out why I was only getting $187 for a dress I bought for $317. They talked about return penalties on their website but I was never made aware of what penalities I would receive that would total to a loss of $130. I've called the company 6 times and have yet to hear an actual voice. I've emailed 5 times trying to figure out why I've lost so much money, no response. They've scammed me and ruined my senior prom dress buying experience. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

I was in a pinch trying to find a homecoming dress for my daughter in time, I had ordered one from a foreign website and it came in and was HORRID! It was a knock off of the designer dress I was looking for. I came across CoutureCandy and not only did they have the exact designer dress I was looking for, it was on sale! I was panicked as I only had 1 week left to get it shipped to me all the way on the east coast, customer service was outstanding, they found the dress, shipped it and made sure it arrived on time! They also followed up a week or so later to see how we liked it. It is very hard dress shopping online but they make the experience worth it!
