I believed after speaking to a representative and, reading reviews that I would easily be able to exchange or return a dress. I have only tried the dresses on, and, need other sizes that are not available. I tried for 15 minutes to explain to the representative that I wanted to return the dress. This was not my first call. My representative did not speak English as a first language and kept repeating the same sentence that did not provide an answer to my question.
Loving this website! A lot of choices from different brands and has a lot of great deal! Will buy more dresses here. <3
Two months later, after involving the BBB (Better Business Bureau) due to getting nowhere with the company, Couture Candy has finally paid me back on my original credit card, less a 5% restocking fee and shipping fees. They also requested I amend my review to reflect this.
They are unethical and use deceptive business practices. I check and double checked the return policy before buying a $400 prom dress. At check out of my full price item the company took $20 off for a new customer discount - automatically. When I received the dress it was the wrong color (not as advertised) and I sent it right back (didn't even remove from the bag) they claim it was a sale/promo code item (because they tacked on the $20 off discount) and now refuse to return my money, giving only a store credit and keep $120 for fees so even the store credit is only for $280. Check BBB reviews on them, spread the word and please don't let friends buy from there!
Never do business with this website! I purchased a dress for an international event and when received determined the dress skirt was too big for travel. Requested a return the next day, followed all CC guidelines meticulously, spent over $60 with USPS Priority Mail to ensure that the return would arrive in their 5 day time line, and they refused to provide a credit card refund! They have insisted on a store credit for no legitimate return policy reason! Dishonest and deceptive business! Don't waste your time!
I purchased a prom dress for my daughter. It did not fit her. It took 3 weeks for the company to respond to my emails with a return authorization code. When they received the dress, which was in mint condition, not worn, with the tags on. They said they would only give me store credit. This was after 10 back and forth emails. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS AWFUL COMPANY!

My mother ordered a dress for my wedding and ended up ordering the wrong size as the sizing on the website is not clear. They refused to let us return the dress for a refund or an exchange. We are now stuck with a dress that is wayyy too big and out of the money we spent on it! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE!
Couture candy are scam artists terrible terrible terrible, buyer beware and do not use them, they are misleading all there customers, go to more reputable dress companies

The worst customer service, I ordered a dress 3 months ago and returned it within 2 days of receiving it and I still have not received my refund. This is just one of the issues i have had with this company.
